Terms & Conditions
Promoter: Lockside Hospitality Limited (“the Promoter”), in connection with Lockside at Greenway Hall.

1. The Prize Draw

The FairwayFest Photo Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is promoted by Lockside Hospitality Limited through its Facebook Lockside at Greenway Hall and Instagram account @locksidegreenwayhall.

The Prize Draw is open to eligible people who attended FairwayFest on 8th August 2026, featuring DJ Trevor M.

2. Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over who attended FairwayFest on 8th August 2026.

Employees of Lockside Hospitality Limited, anyone directly involved in organising the Prize Draw, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of eligibility and/or attendance.

3. How to enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Post their own photograph showing themselves at FairwayFest 2026 on their Facebook or Instagram account;
2. Tag Lockside at Greenway Hall in the Facebook post or @locksidegreenwayhall on Instagram; and
3. Include both #FairwayFestPhotoDraw and #trevorm in the post.

The entrant's post must be public and remain publicly accessible until the winner has been selected so that the Promoter can identify and verify the entry.

The photograph must be the entrant's own photograph, or the entrant must have permission to use it.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Closing date

Entries must be posted by 11:59pm (UK time) on Saturday 21st August 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

5. Entries

One entry per person.

Where an individual submits more than one eligible post, only their first eligible entry will be included in the Prize Draw.

Entries which do not meet all of the requirements set out in these terms and conditions may be excluded.

6. Prize

One winner will receive a three-course meal for two with one bottle of wine at Lockside at Greenway Hall.

The prize is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

The prize cannot be exchanged for another item or service unless agreed otherwise by the Promoter.

The alcohol element of the prize is available to people aged 18 or over only. Appropriate age verification may be required.

7. Winner selection

One eligible winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.

The winner will be selected on Saturday 22nd August 2026 using a random selection process.

The Promoter will retain reasonable evidence of the random selection process.

8. Contacting the winner

The winner will be contacted by direct message through the Facebook or Instagram account from which their winning entry was submitted.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or is found not to meet the eligibility requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Photographs and content

By entering the Prize Draw, participants confirm that:

• the photograph submitted is their own photograph or that they have the necessary permission to use it;
• their entry does not infringe the copyright, privacy or other rights of any third party;
• their entry does not contain anything unlawful, offensive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate; and
• they have obtained any permissions necessary from other identifiable people appearing prominently in the photograph.

Entering the Prize Draw does not transfer ownership of the photograph to the Promoter.

The Promoter may contact the winner separately to request permission to share or reproduce the winning photograph for promotional purposes.

10. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions, or where there are reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has attempted to manipulate or unfairly influence the Prize Draw.

11. Changes or cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

12. Facebook and Instagram

This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

By entering the Prize Draw, each entrant releases Facebook and Instagram from responsibility in connection with this promotion.

The Prize Draw is administered solely by Lockside Hospitality Limited.

13. Personal information

Personal information supplied by entrants will only be used for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, including contacting and verifying the winner, unless the entrant has separately provided consent for their information to be used for another purpose.

14. Acceptance of these terms

By entering the Prize Draw, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

15. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
